Procedure for Fresh Consolidated Marksheet

1. A Requisition Letter to the Controller of Examinations, Periyar University,Salem-11.
2. Clear and Legible Photocopies of all Statement of Marks and Aadhar card.
3. Fees for Consolidated Marksheet : Rs.600/-
4. Search Fees to be collected from 6th year onwards
• (i) Upto 10 Years (Per Year) Rs.500/-
• (ii) After 10 Years (Per Year) Rs.1000- with the maximum of Rs.7000/-
5. The fee should be paid by means of Demand Draft in the name of “The Registrar Periyar University” payable at salem or challan at Canara Bank Periyar University branch.

Procedure for Duplicated Marksheet

1. A Requisition Letter to the Controller of Examinations, Periyar University,Salem-11.
2. Clear and Legible Photocopies of Statement of Marks and Aadhar card.
3. Search Fees to be collected from 2nd Year onwards
• (i) Upto 10 Years (Per Year) Rs.500/-
• (ii) After 10 Years (Per Year) Rs.1000- with the maximum of Rs.7000/-
4. Duplicate fees for marksheet(Per marksheet) : Rs.1500/-
5. The fee should be paid by means of Demand Draft in the name of “The Registrar Periyar University” payable at salem or challan at Canara Bank Periyar University branch.

Procedure for Fresh Provisional/Degree Certificate

1. A requisition letter to the Controller of Examinations, Periyar University, Salem – 636011.
2. Search fees for Certificate
   (Be collected from 6th year onward Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/- and after 10 years (per year) Rs.1,000/- (maximum of Rs.7,000/-)
3. Provisional and Convocation Fees of (Rs.1,050) has to be paid along with final semester examination fees.
4. The fee should paid by means of Demand Draft in the name of “The Registrar, Periyar University” payable at Salem” or Challan at Canara Bank Periyar University branch.

Procedure for Duplicate Provisional/Degree Certificate

1. A requisition letter along with a copy of Aadhar Card/Vote ID/Driving Licence etc. to the Controller of Examination, Periyar University, Salem – 636011.
2. Fees for Duplicate Provisional / Degree Certificate : Rs.1,500/- per certificate.
3. Search fees be collected from 2nd year onwards Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/- and after 10 years (per year) Rs.1,000/-) (maximum of Rs.7,000/-)
4. The fee should paid by means of Demand Draft in the name of “The Registrar, Periyar University” payable at Salem” or Challan at Canara Bank Periyar University branch.

Procedure for Applying for the Transcript Attestation.

1. A Requisit Letter in which mention your mobile number and mail id.
2. Two sets of Clear and legible photocopies of all Statement of marks, Consolidated Statement of Marks, and Degree Certificate. (No.of set + Additional one set).
3. Fee for Transcript attestation is Rs.2,500/-(Rupees two thousand and five hundred only) – per Degree or per set.
4. The fee has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, Periyar University, payable at Salem.
5. An A4 size cloth lined cover affixed with applicable postage stamp. You should mentions the “To address” on the cloth lined cover.

சான்றளிப்புக்கு (Transcript) விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கான நடைமுறைகள்

1. தொலைபேசி எண் மற்றும் மின்னஞ்சல் விபரத்துடன் கோரிக்கை கடிதம்.
2. மதிப்பெண் பட்டியல், மதிப்பெண்களின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த பட்டியல், மற்றும் பட்டப்படிப்பு சான்றிதழ் ஆகியவற்றின் தெளிவான நகல்களின் இரண்டு தொகுப்புகள் (No.of set + Additional one set).
3. Transcript சான்றளிப்பதற்கான கட்டணம் ரூ.2,500/-(ரூபாய் இரண்டாயிரத்து ஐநுாறு மட்டும்) - (பட்டப்பிரிவு/ ஒரு செட்).
4. தபால் மூலம் விண்ணப்பிக்கும் மாணாக்கர்கள் சான்றளிப்பு கட்டணத்தை வங்கி வரைவோலையாக “The Registrar, Periyar University, payable at Salem” என்ற பெயரில் மாற்றத்தக்கதாக செலுத்த வேண்டும்.
5. ஒரு தரமான (Cloth Lined) A4 கவரில் Transcript அனுப்ப வேண்டிய முகவரியை தெளிவாக எழுதி, போதுமான தபால் வில்லையை ஒட்டி விண்ணப்பத்துடன் இணைக்க வேண்டும்.
6. மேலே உள்ள அனைத்து ஆவணங்களையும் நேரில் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது பின்வரும் முகவரிக்கு தபால் மூலம் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்:
