PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR CORRECTION IN STATEMENT OF MARKS

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. Original Statement of Marks.
3. A Xerox copy of 10th or 12th Certificate as proof of the correction.
4. Challan/D.D. for 500/- per Statement of Marks in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University”, Payable at “Salem”
5. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards
• I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
6. The Correction Rectified Statement of Marks will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR DUPLICATE STATEMENT OF MARKS

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. Enclose Xerox copy of particular Mark Sheet if available.
3. For Id proof send either a copy of Aadhar Card (or) Driving Licence (or) Voter ID.
4. Challan/D.D. for Rs.1,500/- per Statement of Marks (Fee fixed for the Duplicate Statement of Marks) in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University, Payable at “Salem”.
5. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards
• I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1,000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-.
6. The Duplicate Statement of Marks will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR CORRECTION IN CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF MARKS

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. Original Statement of Marks.
3. A Xerox copy of 10th or 12th Certificate and statements of marks of the particular degree as proof of the correction
4. Challan/D.D. for 1,000/- per Consolidated Statement of Marks in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University”, Payable at “Salem”
5. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards
1. I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
2. II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
6. The Correction Rectified Consolidated Statement of Marks will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR DUPLICATE CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF MARKS

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. Enclose Xerox copy of particular Consolidated Mark Sheet if available.
3. For Id proof send either a copy of Aadhar Card (or) Driving Licence (or) Voter ID.
4. Challan/D.D. for Rs.1,500/- (Fee fixed for the Duplicate Consolidated Statement of Marks) in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University, Payable at “Salem”.
5. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards

• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1,000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
6. The Duplicate Consolidated Statement of Marks will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR PROVISIONAL / DEGREE CERTIFICATE

1. A Requisition letter.
2. Clear and legible photocopies of all Statement of Marks along with CGPA.
3. The Candidate admitted under Re-admission/College Transfer/Lateral Entry, has to bring all the photocopies of certificates 10th /S.S.L.C, +2/H.Sc., Previous Degree, Mark Sheets evidence for previous qualifications.
4. Search fees to be collected from 6th year onwards
• I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs1,000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
5. The Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR CORRECTION IN PROVISIONAL/DEGREE CERTIFICATE

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. Original Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate.
3. A Xerox copy of 10th or 12th Certificate and statements of marks of the particular degree as proof of the correction
4. Challan/D.D. for 1,000/- (per Correction in Provisional /Degree Certificate) in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University”, Payable at “Salem”
5. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards
• I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
6. The Correction Rectified Provisional/Degree Certificate will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR DUPLICATE PROVISIONAL/DEGREE CERTIFICATE

1. A Requisition Letter.
2. For Id proof send either a copy of Aadhar Card (or) Driving Licence (or) Voter ID.
3. Challan/D.D. for Rs.1,500/- (Fee fixed for the Duplicate Provisional /Degree Certificate) in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University, Payable at “Salem”.
4. Search fees to be collected from 2nd year onwards
• I. Upto 10 years (per year) Rs.500/-
• II. After 10 years (per year) Rs.1,000/- with the maximum of Rs.10,000/-
5. The Duplicate Provisional/Degree Certificate will be sent to the college concerned.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR GENUINENESS CERTIFICATE

1. Request Letter from the institution where the candidate is working at present.
2. Clear and legible photocopies of the Certificates (Statement of Marks, Consolidated Statement of Mark/Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate)
3. For Candidates working in Govt./Govt. Aided Institution the fee is Rs. 2,000/- per course. (*Exempted for those candidates employed in Government of Tamilnadu Departments)
4. For Candidates working in Private Institution the fee is Rs.3,000/- per course.
5. For Candidates working in abroad (Outside India) the fee is Rs. 6,000/- per course.
6. Demand Draft/Challan in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University”, Payable at “Salem”.
7. The Genuineness Certificate will not be issued to Individuals. It will be sent only to the Organization/Institution concerned.

TATKAL SCHEME

• Tatkal provision helps a student receive the required certificates within two days. This facility can be utilized provide if an applicant fulfill all the other procedures and requirements for claiming correction Statement/Duplicate Statement/Provisional/Degree Certificates. The Fee is fixed as Rs.1,000/- per Certificate/Mark sheet.
