  • Volunteer participation is entirely based on the applicants own interest and willingness to contribute.
  • Volunteers are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during all events, programmes, and related activities.
  • All volunteering engagements shall be carried out with prior permission and approval from the concerned department by the Students. (In case of student volunteer)
  • Volunteer work may be paid, unpaid, or considered as service support for self-learning and skill development, based on the nature of the activity and management approval.
  • Volunteers are solely responsible for their own safety, conduct, and actions during the period of service.
  • The decision of the BIC@PU Management will be final and binding in all matters related to volunteer activities and participation.
